This is a poem about an advice to a heart which is immensely in love with as well as anxious about a diamond
Oh my dearest heart!
What's your unsettling concern?
Is it trust that sets you apart
Or something that you fail to discern;
Fretting about dear diamond, are you?
That which can never be snatched,
Or was it You who snatched it, oh phew!
Else loss would've been unmatched!
Upon it lies a billion lurking greedy eyes,
Yet diamond remains pure and vibrant;
No wonder God placed it with precise
In speckless hands of the very deservant!
For dear diamond, you might not be the world,
I know for sure, diamond's the world for you
Just wait for sunshine,thou will be thrilled,
Emerging colors of diamond, a life whole new!
Trust thy diamond, rub it not with slew
The shine may not fade but may hurt the cures;
You chose the diamond or it chose you,
Fear not! the diamond is always yours!
Oh my dearest heart!
What's your unsettling concern?
Is it trust that sets you apart
Or something that you fail to discern;
Fretting about dear diamond, are you?
That which can never be snatched,
Or was it You who snatched it, oh phew!
Else loss would've been unmatched!
Upon it lies a billion lurking greedy eyes,
Yet diamond remains pure and vibrant;
The shine may not fade but may hurt the cures;
You chose the diamond or it chose you,
Fear not! the diamond is always yours!
